Layering with Native Plants in your Garden

Native plants are fantastic additions to our gardens and attract butterflies, birds and bees while being easy to maintain. Join the Nature Conservancy to learn why to incorporate native species in your garden, and how to layer them in your landscape design for maximum effectiveness. This program will walk you through some of the whys and how-tos for adding natives. The program centers on the 21 plant selections available via the Conservancy’s sale, but the principles apply to native species you grow on your own or purchase elsewhere. What each of us plants in our own gardens can make an impact in our community so join us and spread the word!
